Patient Access

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

This option is recommended by your doctor.  You can add any messages to this request and will receive a reply from your doctor if needed and you can check progress on line.

Please allow 2 working days for collection/receipt of your prescription.

To sign up for ordering repeat prescriptions on line (your doctor’s preferred method) please call at reception with photographic ID (or enquire at reception if you do not have photographic ID).  Staff will then be able to issue you with log-in details.
