NHS Black Country ICB is responsible for buying and monitoring healthcare services on behalf of all patients in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. Healthcare services are purchased from local providers such as hospitals, GPs and other specialist services so that you have access to these services when and where you need them.
Patients are at the heart of everything they do and the Involvement team actively encourages everyone be a part of the 'Get Involved' membership scheme.
There are two levels to the 'Get Involved' membership for you to choose from:
- Black Country Voices - receive regular surveys to share your views and feedback on local health and social care services as well as the quarterly stakeholder newsletter, or
- All of the above, plus be invited to: participate in your local people panel and specific health workshops based on your interests, or participate via phone/email if you can't attend.
